Presently, the General Manager of Venkateshwara Hatcheries, Mr. Manjesh Kumar Jadav, has traversed the sector with enormous understanding, having started his career with Godrej Agrovet and later moved on to Suguna, Hindustan Lever, etc, holding various positions. He is a postgraduate in science from Bangalore University. Mr Jadav has a firm grasp of poultry matters and continues to be the chairman of the Broiler Coordination Committee of KPFBA. Before that, he was its General Secretary from 2013-15 and from 2017-2019, which saw him develop new initiatives. He is currently the Vice President of Karnataka Poultry Farmers and Breeders Association.

Mr. Sanjeev Shamrao Deshpande is a Mechanical engineer by Qualification and the Director of Kwality Animal Feeds Pvt. Ltd. He has over 40 years of experience in the Poultry Sector, Heading Broiler breeding farms, Hatcheries, Feed production, Raw material Purchase, Chicken Dressing /processing, sales, and administration divisions in the Company. Earlier, he worked with Kirloskar Brother Ltd., Ghatge Patil Industries, and Godrej Soaps Limited in the Animal Feed manufacturing plant. He spends his free time reading books on motivational and spiritual upliftment.

Dr. Sushanth Rai, Bellipady Managing Director of M/s. Raisons Nutritions presided over the KPFBA for four years, from 20 August 2019 to 31 October 2023. He was instrumental in establishing the KVAFSU-KPFBA Poultry Training Center and Diagnostic Laboratory. He also took the initiative to exchange MoUs with ICAR-NIANP and ICAR-CARI to further the objectives of KPFBA for collaborative research in the field of poultry sciences.
Dr. Rai is a Veterinary Graduate from VET College, Bangalore & University Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences Bidar. He has been serving the poultry industry for more than two decades and has trained several farmers to establish farms for better living through continuous technical support and management. He has also undergone hands-on training in Poultry Breeding, Hatching and Feed Milling Technology at North Carolina State University, USA. Earlier, he served KPFBA as its vice president and chairman of the membership committee.

Mr. K S Akhilesh Babu, is the Managing Director of Komarla Feeds – Bangalore and is the immediate past president of KPFBA. He has served KPFBA for two terms being treasurer during 2015-2017 and presiding from 2017 to 2019. He is a graduate in science and a diploma holder in business administration and has about 4 decades of years of experience in the poultry sector. A certified miller from the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore, brings in rich experience, intuition, and a balanced approach to the management of the group. He has been the secretary and trustee of various social, cultural and charitable organizations and has travelled extensively across India and abroad.

Mr. K.S. Akhok Kumar is the Managing Director of M/s MAA Integrators, Bangalore. He is the Past President of KPFBA and served from 2015 to 2017. He was a dynamic President who took KPFBA to greater heights by collaborating with the Pan India Broiler Coordination Committee and was instrumental in getting a dedicated Android Mobile app.
Mr. M.C.R. Shetty is the Managing Director of M/s Nutri Feeds & Farms Pvt Ltd. He is the Past President of KPFBA and served the association from 2013 to 2015. He took the initiative of having a full-time secretariat and made the association more active. He was instrumental in Organizing the Poultry Maha Sammelana. We got 80G & 12AA certificates from the IT department. KPFBA was Awarded Best Association by Poultry Fortune in 2015.
Mr. Sriharireddy is the Managing Director of M/s Lotus Farms. He served the association as its president from 2009 to 2013. He was one of the most active President; he took the initiative to have Single Window to sell parent culls. He started the formal office of the association Instrumental to give a new name to KHA as KPFBA he took the initiative to Start the official website of the association
Mr Nanda Kumar is the chairman of M/s. Nanda Group. He is one of the Founder Members. He served the association for the longest period and nurtured it from his office from 1993 to 2009. He was instrumental in getting maize at subsidized rates.
Mr. David Lobo is the Managing Director of M/s. Deejay Group. He was the Founder and First President of the association. Along with other players of that time, he felt the importance of having an association to fight for the cause of the poultry sector, and he founded the Karnataka Hatcheries Association in 1991. He served the association from 1991 to 1993.
